Instructions for attorneys

If you represent a law firm new to IOLTA, you will need to:

• Choose a financial institution at which to hold your trust fund.  
• File an Attorney IOLTA Trust Account Agreement and an Overdraft Notification Agreement.
• Familiarize yourself with the requirements of managing a trust account.
